What we keep and why

ChatGPT sign-in provides an account identifier and email. On registration, Eunoia saves these, your optional display name, joining date and email preference to provide member access. Account processing supports the membership service. We record email opt-in or withdrawal dates and the consent wording version.

Your private questions and topic requests

If you submit a digital-health request, we save its text, submission date and your member account identifier so the Eunoia owner can review it and plan educational content. It is not published. Please do not include medical details or identifying information about yourself or anyone else. Requests remain until deleted by Eunoia or until you delete your account. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Optional email updates

Marketing emails require your separate consent. The checkbox starts unticked. You can unsubscribe by signing in to your member account and changing your email preference, or by contacting us. Membership does not depend on receiving marketing emails.

Your optional measurement history

The prevention check still processes its answers in your browser without saving them. In the separate measurement space, you can explicitly consent to save blood pressure, weight and height for BMI, LDL cholesterol, waist circumference, HbA1c, fasting glucose, eGFR, measurement dates and any clinician-agreed plan you choose to record in a private Google Sheets file managed by Eunoia. We also save a coded member identifier, submission identifier, consent time and wording version. Your name and email are not copied into the measurement sheet. The code links records to your account, so these records are not anonymous.

We use the measurements to show you your saved history and calculate BMI from weight and height saved together. Your measurements are stored privately and can be viewed by you and the authorised Eunoia site administrator for the purpose of managing this service. You can withdraw your consent at any time. It is not monitored for medical review or urgent changes. Health-storage consent starts unticked and is separate from marketing consent. You can use the prevention check without saving.

Your measurements remain while you choose to keep them. Withdraw consent and delete the active records in your measurement space, or contact Eunoia. Deleting your account also requests deletion of saved measurements before removing the account. If that step fails, the account is retained so you can retry. Google may retain version history or backups under its policies. Google hosts the measurements. The website transmits the selected values to Google when you save them, and retrieves only records linked to your signed-in account.

Hosting and access

The website and account records are hosted through OpenAI Sites and its infrastructure providers. ChatGPT handles sign-in. The authorised Eunoia site administrator can see registration details and email preferences. Your name and email may be exported for opted-in email updates; no sending provider is connected at launch.

Retention and your rights

Account records and email-choice records are kept while your account remains active. Deleting your account removes them and your submitted requests from the active member database. Hosting providers may retain technical logs and backups under their own retention schedules. You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your account information by contacting Eunoia. You may also complain to your relevant data protection authority.

This is an education membership, not a patient record or clinical monitoring service. Saved measurements do not create a clinical monitoring service.
