The inspiration I derived from my pediatrician’s ability to heal and help others has led me on a journey to reconnect with the core values that drove me to pursue a career in medicine. While my experience in the national health insurance sector has equipped me with expertise in strategic leadership and data-driven insights, I am now driven to place a stronger emphasis on providing compassionate care throughout the health journey.

Over the past 15 years, I have honed my skills in value-based healthcare, public health improvement, epidemiology, disease management, and wellness initiatives. I have played a pivotal role in managing budgets, optimizing medical costs, overseeing network management, and developing effective contracting and pricing strategies in the context of the national health insurance sector.

However, I have come to realize that the human touch can often be overlooked in the pursuit of technological advancements and streamlined healthcare delivery. It is my strong belief that striking a balance between embracing these advancements and nurturing the empathetic connection between patients and healthcare providers is crucial to delivering high-quality care. Moreover, I firmly believe in the importance of empowering individuals with comprehensive knowledge and support in all aspects of health and wellness, enabling them to take control of their own well-being.
